HOW TO ORDER
1. Select First Name Only or First and Middle Name in the drop down menu.
2. Select the size and the style you would like.
3. In the notes section, during checkout, please provide the following information:
- Stain or paint choice.
- First Name, font & color choice.
- Middle Name, font & color choice.
- Please also include any other details or requests.
- Be sure to double check the spelling of your name.
